Is thenappylady.co.uk Safe?

After a 13 year gap between babies I found the variety of real nappies bewildering. Luckily I found Wendy's site and so began the research. Being a Luddite I preferred to phone Wendy rather than fill in the questionnaire. I found her to be friendly with a great depth of knowledge on nappies. She truly is the nappy lady. She recommended the teddy nappy as a birth to potty daytime nappy. The nappies arrived the next day as promised. I can also see why they are called teddy as they are as soft as a teddy bear, and look lovely on. I have also bought the mattress protector, and small wraps ( I initially was only going to use reusable from 2 months, but nappy sensitive skin put paid to that) again the items arrived the next day and were what I needed.

Nappy Lady is the most helpful site I've ever found on cloth nappy use. I'm baffled as to why there would be a lower rating on this site. I've been using it for three years and have never had any trouble with privacy or spam from them. They have been excellent and incredibly helpful. I had orders with them and they sent them immediately as they said they would. Sometimes their orders do take a while to arrive, but they clearly state on items if things are in stock or will require more time for delivery.
