Yet another fad diet site, this time pushing the (scientifically unsupported) ideas that humanity hasn't evolved or adapted in over 10,000 years and that practically all modern chronic illnesses stem from our diet.

This type of diet is complicated. You need to learn about food - protein, fats, carbohydrates, and junk foods. Carbs are Not excluded, but limited and focused - example is No refined sugar or refined pasta. It takes a real brain, desire to learn something new and the common sense not to believe anything until you have vetted it.

Another scam fad diet, stealing your money and messing up your life with fake predictions and blurry pseudo-scientific "research". ------------------------------------------------ And here is why it does not work: 1. I could whip up a page like this in 2 hours flat. Provide plenty "success statements" from fake people without names and faces and any link or homepage or address. Garnish everything with endless scientific sounding "explanations", fully knowing that 99% of my visitors would never even remotely understand what I am really talking about. And perfectly hide the fact, that all "studies" supporting my statements were written by me and/or my few buddies, and are additionally terribly outdated. Who would know? The internet is dumb and impatient. 2. Just ignore the fact that there are numerous REAL studies with REAL hundreds or even thousands of existing people proving the opposite to this diet. Who cares? If a "study" with 6 participants showed "maybe positive results", why care about a study with 16000 participants over several decades, which showed the opposite? But the real reason why it does not work is what they do not tell even those who want to eat like that: NO alcohol ever again (no beer, no wine, no whiskey, no relaxed margarita or piña colada?), NO sugar/grains/potatoes/milk (never again ice cream? no fries or latkes or mash? never again cake or pie, pizza or milk shake or pancakes? never again a sandwich, a coke, coffee, cappuccino or a hot chocolate on a chilly day?), and best of all - NO SALT (so you get to eat your steak - ever tried a steak without salt, ANY salt at all? obviously not, or you would not consider to chose this idiot "diet" for a second). That is the reason for why the amount of people who ever could follow this diet for longer than 6 months can be counted on the fingers of one hand (mainly the author himself and his few pals).
