This is an easy thing to do. Anyone can do it. You can buy the book and dvd, but you do not have to. You can just watch the short video. I like that The Ortners aren't "hard sell" people ! It shows they are in it to help heal our world. Tapping has worked for me to relieve anxiety issues, grief and self worth issues. I have a friend who used it to overcome her fear of flying! It is free to try. You may try starting with limited beliefs if you are closed minded to this!

Placed an order and did not receive the free bonuses. When I finally received an answer , it was curt and I still didn't receive all the free bonuses promised. I am still waiting for an answer to my last inquiry. Company integrity and customer service poor. At this point, I would prefer a refund. What a waste of time!
