AVOID! Booked tickets for 07:30 am, website said all is well. Tried to use them at the train station: ticket guy says they're invalid! I ask why - he says these are off-peak tickets that I can't use at peak times (before 09:00). So, they let me book an invalid ticket! Scammed me out of £37.50. Called their customer support to try and resolve the issue and got an indian woman who barely speaks english and had no idea what I was talking about. She kept asking me if I wanted to book a ticket. NO, I said, I want a refund! Her response: "no refund. How can I help you today?". Tried calling a different department; I swear to god I got the same woman again ... unbelievable. Just don't touch em. You're asking for trouble with this shady company.

Beware: Offers a £15 discount that has a £10 per month subscription cost hidden in the small print. not what you expect from such a site
