A very useful site - however, I'm not sure why so many people have rated the privacy of this site so well - there are 12 trackers that I know of that are linked to this site, and around 30 total that are possible trackers. Though these trackers are not necessarily bad sites, I still wouldn't call visiting The Verge a very "private" trip. Green in all other areas, yellow for privacy. (Known trackers are: ChartBeat, LinkedIn Widgets, New Relic, Quantcast, Typekit by Adobe, Twitter Button, Datran, scorecardresearch.com, quantserve.com, displaymarketplace.com, Comscore Beacon, Google Analytics, and 2 Facebook Trackers.

Great site
While being a potentially useful site, I must agree with 'Firstbourne'. I found 17 beacons, trackers and unwanted widgets, plus another 11 objects and scripts that I would also consider privacy risks. No site needs this many ad trackers, social tracking, beacons, bots, widgets or analytics.

Whining about piracy by Kim Dotcom and Facepunch, while claiming "Photo credit: Images are from Mega's website and promotional videos" in http://www.theverge.com/2013/1/31/3933774/kim-dotcoms-new-site-mega-is-a-flop-with-pirates-and-heres-why
Good site
The site is safe, but you should stay away anyway. There's tons of biased content on here, it's ridiculous. #iVerge
