As the site owner announced on this thread: https://adblockplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=28581 He is redirecting visitors whom he deems to be using ad-blockers to a page on ***** that then redirects people to malvertisers, like one on ***** and one on *****

Issues his own watches in lieu of official National Weather Service watches (which are the sole source for such watches and warnings), which are often overblown compared to the NWS ones. Got so bad that the NWS had to issue a rare public info statement regarding Kevin Martin, who claims to be a clairvoyant and can predict the weather (and also big into molding himself into Johnny Depp). If you say anything bad about him, he will essentially rip your head off, threatening lawsuits and the like.
