PAID $7 SHIPPING for .7 pound ground shipping!  THAT WAS OBSCENE! Then when I requested to exchange it for a different size, they informed me I had only 14 days from delivery to mail it back (they got back to me on the 14th day). That meant I had to run to the post office THAT DAY! I had purchased it as a gift, so time waiting to "gift it". The return was a fiasco, not willing to be screwed with $7 shipping again for a package that cost me EXACTLY $2.35 to return with delivery confirmation, I sent the damn thing back for a refund. Still out the initial $7 postage and the $2.35 return, so am CERTAINLY not going to do business with them if they were the ONLY seller of women's holsters. AND THEY ARE NOT. Friendly emails don't make up for pain in the ass policies that show exactly how little this small business takes the customer into consideration. Cancanconcealment, GunGoddess, Crossbreed, Stickyholsters, UndertechUndercover, ... it will take very little to have better policies.
