This is used by netbanking sites, and it's purpose is marketing related. However my netbank, and most others work FINE without it, so block it. Here's advice no. 1 for FireFox using NoScript: 1) Add Multi-Container support extension 2) Add a new container for site(s) that need this 3) Add the site(s) to be opened in that container 4) When the site is opened in that container, mark this domain UNTRUSTED. It wont affect sites in default or other containers. Advice for FireFox or any other browser that has µMatrix extension available: 1) Read the manual (official) and consider reading other guides. It's cryptic extension if you don't, but really easy to understand when you actually check the user guide. 2) When on banking on other site that requests this domain, mark the whole domain red (blocked) - you can block individual stuff, like scripts, fonts, etc. and you can see what it requests, but if it's not needed at all, easiest is to block the whole domain. Remember to press save changes button, otherwise it will reset after closing browser. µMatrix sets rules site specific by default, but you can also block it globally if you want. µMatrix is my recommendation of the two, but you might want to consider having both NoScript and µMatrix. Decentraleyes is also good, it blocks connections to bad sites automatically and also provides scripts to replace them to keep sites that actually depend on the domain working. Advice for those browsers that don't support containers where extensions also work so that changes affect globally: 1) Use NoScript and block the domain globally.

user tracking on things like news sites and online banking! why would you need marketing tracking for online banking? disabling it on no-script resulted in no problems whatsoever. marking as zero trust as the operators clearly want to mislead users. site doesn't even have a user facing index and the domain names blatantly lies that it is a cdn (content delivery network) when it clearly is just for tracking.

The declared domain, ‘tiqcdn.com’, does not resolve to a website presenting information about what they do. That in itself makes the domain suspicious enough to block, in my view.

Ad tracking site. Present on a massive amount of sites. Blocking this site, in the main doesn't seem to have any adverse effect. HOWEVER there are a few media sites that REQUIRE this site to be allowed in order to work correctly. (E.g Fox). My advise is to block, unless needed, then authorize for that site on a temporary basis or for that site only. That said, no negative listings on either URL Avoid, or ***** Securi Site Check was unable to scan site due to errors (https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/). This could be a red flag, but also mean the site is down or not receiving http communications

I need to allow this site in NoScript to allow the Cable Provider Authentication Login page to pop-open on ***** - otherwise I am stuck in the Preview Pass mode which only lasts an hour. I cannot vouch for any other function of the site.

I thought about it and I generally would give trackers at least a yellow. However, it's name is misleading because it contains "cdn." That dropped it to light red. Blocked.

Now it is NOT rated suspicious by Clean MX https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/tiqcdn.com/comment-75515961#comment-75515961 ***** However it is definitely an ad / tracking / analytics website.

I only know that I was unable to download an Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows 7 (from downloadcenter.intel.com) without allowing this site using the NoScript add-on in Firefox.

This site may perform tracking, but what doesn't these days? McAfee finds no problems, neither do Safe Browsing and hpHosts. Safe Browing found, out of 174,681 sites tested, 12 that were on the network that had malicious software. These are sites run by other people. I will allow it because I believe the top level site to be safe until I find out otherwise.

This site is registered to someone at tealium.com. ***** appears to provide services tracking the behavior of web users. I have seen no negative effects to my browsing from blocking tiqcdn.com.
