Is tnt.com Safe?

Mon expérience avec TNT en France : Livraison : dans un batiment public de petite taille avec accueil habitué à reçevoir des livraisons (et plusieurs personne à qui pouvoir s'adresser). Résultat : pas d'avis de passage, Personne n'a vu de livreur ce qui laisse penser qu'il n'est jamais venu. Le site affiche "livré à <prénom>". Problème : qui est ce quidam ? Appel à TNT : TNT est incapable de localiser le colis ou de dire qui est le quidam à qui ils ont livré le colis. Après plusieurs appels et une longue attente : en fait le livreur s'est débarrassé du colis dans un point relai. Et ça n'est pas fini : une personne de ma famille à qui j'avais indiqué l'histoire est allé au point relais, cela sans me consulter, ce qui n'est pas le problème, le problème c'est que la personne a pu retirer un colis à > 500€ sans présenter ma pièce d'identité. Des clowns !

As a UK residential customer, this company have never failed to disappoint me. I have had two packages delivered to me by them (eventually) - supposedly after three attempts for each. When they do bother to come (on two out of six occasions they haven't even done me that courtesy), they sometimes just leave a "sorry we missed you" note without even knocking (two out of those four occasions). On one of the two occasions they did bother to deliver my package, it had been severely damaged in transit. I do not know why any business would entrust this company with their reputation; I certainly don't trust them with my orders.

They lost our parcel, so were given another to deliver. They were told to phone when they'd arrived, but they didn't. Instead, they took our parcel back to their depot. We told them to take it back to where it had come from, and we got our money back, and looked elsewhere for what we'd ordered.

i have found tnt international over the past four year to rather unreliable, careless in hhandling my merchandise and completely desinterested in any complaints. 1 out of four deliveries is late or damaged, i have to pay a second transporter to pick u m company's goods in a larger city because they'll punish you with an extra day of delay if yu want it to your door.
