Is topcashback.com Safe?

I used six times and only got cashback three times. The reason given was "other marketing channel," and customer service could never explain why or what this meant. I then contacted the retailer I bought one of the items from and representatives in its customer service department said it doesn't have cashback through Topcashback. I stopped using Topcashback and use the other reputable sites of which there are several that I have used successfully for years.

9 times out of 10 they have the highest cash back rates available. Occasional problems with tracking (maybe 25% of the time), but I've always been able to get them resolved as they should be. I've cashed out once, and received payment within 2–3 days. They also have an occasional hidden item contest, from which I've won a few bucks each time.

I got scammed by the Fiverr offer and by never receiving from my referrals.I've never done nothing wrong. I invited around 20 people. I did the offer as it told me to do. After a few weeks (without being paid) I got "banned" (unable to login or reset password) without even receiving an e-mail.Very bad experience.
