Despite unchecking both opt-OUT options for the Ask toolbar and search bar it will still be installed. This is unethical behavior, despite the fact the PDF is nice. Special attention to what (privacy) information is sent to this Tracker Software company. If the are doing this what else is done without consent! ______________________________________ Ondanks opt-OUT (geen Ask toolbar en zoekmachine) wordt deze rommel toch geinstalleerd. Onethisch gedrag ondanks dat de PDF reader prima functioneert. Aandacht dus want als dit bedrijf hierover onjuist handelt wat doen ze nog meer zonder jouw toestemming!

very good free & Pro but how do you tell ? ZIP installer (32/64 bit) | 17 MB Viewer Manual (PDF) | 7 MB EXE installer (32/64 bit) | 17 MB Portable version (ZIP) | 8 MB Portable Version (OCR Lang Files) | 8 MB MSI Network Installer (32 bit) | 26 MB MSI Network Installer (64 bit) | 33 MB Language Localization Tool | 14 MB only info I see that's all I can find > MSI Installer Options - who should use ? The easiest answer to this is if you are not sure - do not use these installers - they are aimed at corporate system administrators?

non ho trovato niente di pericoloso,si può scaricare gratuitamente, PDF-XCHANGE VIEWER,programma per modificare i pdf. tutto gratis

PDF-XChange Viewer ist eine gute Alternative zum speicherplatzfressenden Adobe Reader, den ich schon längst von meinem PC verbannt habe. Es gibt eine Free- und eine Proversion. Die Proversion kostet etwas; mir reicht die Freeversion.

Installed Ask Toolbar in IE8 even though I had deselected the Ask Toolbar option during installation of PDF-XChange Viewer. Not cool. Not honest. My firewall alerted me during the installation that a couple (or more) Ask*.exe files were accessing the internet and modifying my registry. I uninstalled by using Tools > Manage Addons in IE8 and using Control Panel > Programs and Features (in Vista). The Ask Toolbar was not installed in my default browser Firefox 3.6.6
