Is tradespoon.com Safe?

So I was looking at their performance page and saw these high percentages and it doesn't add up. One stock had an entry of 78.18 and an exit of 78.30 and they reported a gain of 20.69%. I questioned this and support stated they calculate net gain as Entry - Stop Price. How the hell is that a net gain? So, in actuality, the trade was less than 1% gain overall, but they claim 20%. Yeah, that sounds reputable. Steer clear. If they can't be trusted with their so called transparency, how can you trust any of it?

The predictions are inaccurate most of the time (80%+) which leads one to not trust the numbers being given. I've tracked the service's predictions as well as the actual day lows and highs for over 2 months - over 50 stocks, and 80% of them don't even come close. In fact, if you wait for the predicted lows you will never get in to any stock - and that's what's recommended by Vlad in all his webinars. I was hopeful about this service as I work in the Predictive Analytics fields, but without significant improvements this service is not worth looking at.
