Is triphound.net Safe?

This site is a good travel search website. They provide quick access to a comparison tool that prices out cars, hotels, flights, vacation packages, and cruises. The team takes their newsletter very serious and responds very fast to any support issues that are needed, specifically unsubscribing. I use them for vacations quite a bit now. They are good to go!

This firm is already blacklisted by my firm for viruses. Spam message: "Up to 75% off Hotels in Vegas, New York, Cancun from TripHound". From the message header: o3.dedicated3.triphound.net ([167.89.73.135]). The IP address is traced to Sendgrid Inc.. The email message IMHO is poorly designed as does not represent an honest business.

We don't send out viruses.. that is a ridiculous statement. The reason the IP resolves to sendgrid is because they are our ESP and a very well respected one at that. Just because you think an email is poorly designed doesn't mean it's a dishonest business. Please do some research before you make assumptions and comments that affect peoples reputation, you would expect the same. We are a legitimate travel deals website that sends out a newsletter every week. Please don't trust this a random guys unsubstantiated claims.
