***** Danielle Tanner Bingham's bargain tickets turned out to be more trouble than they were worth when her name was printed incorrectly. However, contacting Tripsta proved to be difficult. "You book these things online but it wasn't until I did some research and found that Tripsta is over in Greece, you had to ring after 9.30pm to talk to someone in English. It was very frustrating." After all the chasing round, they decided it was easier to buy a new ticket for $190 to get home. Tripsta had not responded to requests for comment by the time of publication.
