After we paid the invoice for our order they didn’t let us know about the “last day” for picking it up. When we arranged all the things with the transport company and wanted to pick it up they told us it is not possible because they canceled everything when the last day expired. They didn’t informed us about anything, they didn’t send any emails with terms , conditions or limit day and when we called them to find out whhat is happening/ why is all this happening the person from customer support ( Sophia ) just hang up the phone and didn’t want to give any explanation. She just told that we will receive the payment partially because they are keeping the mark up and VAT. Nice business: BRAVO! Very rude from them! Very disappointed! Be careful with them!

I bought a caravan and I didn't receive the documents, they told me they were sending them by post, some scammers, don't do business with them…

They somehow oblige you to use their agreed transportation companies which make a triple more expensive rate. I will not buy from them again and I advise you to look for another auction site.

The text in the auctions do not represent the actual item, example they say a pc has 3GB memory, but actually has 1GB, they say an item is from England but it really is from China, and so on, DO NOT trust the auction text !!
