Impossible de contacter quelqu'un du magasin, j'appelle chaque numéro tous les jours depuis 15 jours et la ligne est toujours occupée. Je devais obtenir ma commande en 5 jours, ce qui était une urgence pour le travail, j'ai fait 2 commandes pour 600 € ~. Leur community manager facebook m'a menti plusieurs fois, me disant que la commande avait été expédiée (mes deux commandes ne sont pas expédiées aujourd'hui). Livraison gratuite sur d'autres sites (ebay amazon fnac) mais sur leur site web, j'ai payé 2x35 € d'expédition et ils ne voulaient pas le rembourser et on refusé d'annuler ma commande en pretextant qu'elle etait déjà expédiée (c'est faux)... Fuyez cette boîte.
