Is truwater.com.au Safe?

I purchased 2 filters from Tru Water on 2 May 2020 for $121.50. There were two issues with my order: (1) they only shipped 1 filter; and (2) they charged my $131.50. They did not respond to repeated emails or voice messages for over a month, and when they Finally did, Paul insisted that I simply do not understand anything about business, and that they do not make mistakes like this. No matter what, there are only two possible explanations for this: either they are incompetent, or they are committing fraud. I reached out to my bank, and they believe Paul is committing fraud. My bank reimbursed me in ***** Paul was unwilling to even look at my invoice and bank statement (to see that the charged amount is different from the authorized amount).
