I paid over $100 for an "8 foot " DEAD tree that had been supposedly "pruned" to 4 feet before shipping. One of its only two branches was broken and was shipped with the tree. This was an old break that had weathered to a gray appearance. The "root" and tree looked like a T-Bone (steak.) Absolutely no fibrous roots. Malicious business practices. THE worst internet purchase that I have ever experienced. The Georgia Attorney General should close this business.

Buyers beware !!! Paid $75 in March for a Japanese magnolia tree which arrived DOA, small buds on tree dried up & dead & tried reviving to no effect. Per their replacement policy, you pay an extra $20 to get a replacement sometime this fall 6-9 months later which they probably hope you forget it about by then. Keep getting a run around when trying to talk to a Rep !! So if I keep trying to get a replacement, it'll end up costing me $75+$20= $95 +$20 cost of sending back the dead tree = $115. Buy from a reliable nursery that a has FREE replacement policy !!!

This is bull ****! If you google Ty Ty Nursery and complaints; you will have pages and pages of negative reviews to shift past. The positive ones all come from a couple computers (hired lackeys most likely). These people had tried to cheat me out of a $275! They refused to tell me when I was getting my shipment. Oh, it's on it's way. But with no tracking number or anything? Yeah right. The managers are also rude as hell!

Site has definitely focused on things other than plants. Provocative poses by models with the plants, dressed or undressed strangely for a nursery. Also, not sure about this one, but may have some sort of malware associated with it. I've had all sorts of trouble with my work computer since looking for a particular plant and stumbling across this site.
