Habe einen sinn- und zweglosen Uplay-Account eröffnet, um von Ubisoft Support zu erhalten.(Anders geht das ja nicht)
Von Support kann jedoch keine Rede sein. Den gibt es nicht. Man wird höchstens zum Narren gehalten und über eine Unzahl von Seiten geschickt, ohne je zu Lösung des Problemes zu kommen.

Verlangt Daten, welche die überhaupt nicht zu interessieren haben, Support existiert nicht, Probleme werden fast ausschließlich zwischen Usern gelöst, Löschung des eigenen Accounts nicht möglich, Datenschutzbeauftragter uneinsichtig, Ausnutzung jeder Lücke in den deutschen Gesetzen.
Absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig.

schlimmste firmenpolitik die es je gab! die spiele mit drm sind kaum spielbar und werden willkürlich gesperrt !

Site selbst sehr gut. PC-versionen der Spiele kommen meist bis zu einem halben Jahr später als die Konsolen-version.

Took my money (its gone out of the bank and I have a paypal reciept) and sent me an email saying that because they havent recieved my money my order has been cancelled. I would like my money back now in that case.

Meist gute Spiele, aber sehr fragwürdige DATENSCHUTZ und KOPIERSCHUTZ Politik. Aktuelle PC Spiele funktionieren nur mit permanenter Internetverbindung.
