This site is a good place to mingle with like-minded or otherwise individuals. Children (those aged under 16) are not allowed to use the site and it is clearly not targeted towards this audience. Do not let children view it if you are a responsible adult. Therefore, it would be unfair to condemn the site as being inappropriate for children. When considering the safety and trustworthiness of this site, we must first consider that, according to the owner, those who contribute to the daily running of the site are not paid a wage. They are volunteers who give up their time to aid the enjoyment of others. According to the owner, all monies from advertising are absorbed by production costs. It is not set up as a profit-making organisation. We should also consider that technology is advancing and the hackers/spammers/trolls/bullies hold most of the aces. This is the problem for most, if not all, sites. I believe in collective responsibility to beat trolling and ban evasion. If we ignore troublemakers, their oxygen of publicity is denied. If we also report them, the site can potentially do more about it than if we say nothing. In summary, you are probably as safe on this site as you are anywhere on the internet. There is a good sense of community and people do rally round, so in some ways you are actually safer.

A very good chat site. Lots of rooms & games. Very well moderated. The Bully's, Spammers, Numpty's have an average lifespan of about 10 seconds. I have been to lots of chat sites & this one is the best by far. There is a real cool girl on there called Jen5050.
