This site is a typosquat of the actual site, which is ultimate-guitar.com. (Note the hyphen). When I tried to visit this site, I was warned with this message: Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.ultimateguitar.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

I have no idea why these rating are so poor? The site is moderated by employed staff. The site offers official and user reviews of CD's, Gigs, Instruments. You can view guitar/bass/drum tabs, I'm a member of the site and haven't had any spam emails. A very trustworthy site! I guess that there's been some stupid rating to make the site bad!!
