This is a perfectly safe website. I was given information about this website by a governmental agency as a possible source to reduce my out of pocket cost of some VERY expensive medication. This is page is where you go to create a prescription discount card. The price reduction varies and sometimes the savings isn't very much. However, yesterday, my out of pocket cost for my prescription was reduced from $247.00 to $32.60. Several months ago, this card saved my nearly $500.00 on another prescription. I have used this card many times and saved tons of money. Interestingly, if you click "Medication Pricing", you will be taken to the Member Portal site which has a good WOT rating.
