so friggin buggy. i sign up. but don't have a texting plan. at the end of signup they text me code. why not mention this first? so then i press the help button. and help just gives me an error code. i tried it in multiple browsers and on my app: error. idiots. you expect me to trust you with my money when you can't even make the basics on your site work????

Don't trust this exchange, beginning 2022 they froze my account for no reason, after a week with support they gave me back access without an explanation. 7 months later, they did the same thing, after reading up it seems that this is not a single case, a lot of other people have had this issue. Your money is not safe with them!
