This company encourages unethical behavior, rewards rude disrespectful people to cheat to exploit players with less knowledge of things, helps people with good connections but has no concept of what it is like to play under less than perfect conditons, doesn't fix major bugs, doesn't listen, the GMs respond with cute emojis but never help with anything. This company encourages bigotry, homophobia, racism, shall I continue, they have a pretty shiny game, but the people playing it are rich kids with big egos who don't care who they hurt, people don't listen or help much with things unless you are in a guild that isn't out for itself, the server merges seems to have brought our a turf war and addons have amazingly increased the penis size of every user. it is really sad to see so many adults and kids degrade to the levels that I have seen and blizzard doesn't do much about it, if anything I think they enjoy it and profit of other peoples misery in a country that doesn't have the best internet compared to asia and other places in the world.
After being a loyal customer and World of Warcraft player for over six years, my account was permanently banned. Regardless of whether the ban was valid, the fact is that the Blizzard Support handled my appeals and issues very poorly and inconsiderately. I received nothing but automated responses from them, despite having paid hundreds of dollars in subscription fees and spent years playing their games.
I used to be an avid fan of Blizzard and its games, but now I am avidly against them as a company and as an ethical business establishment. I can understand being reprimanded for misbehavior, but at least give a paying customer enough respect and consideration to have a real conversation with them and address their ticket on a personal level. Simply reposting the same automated response means nothing to me.
I thoroughly despise Blizzard Support and hate their company. I recommend that anyone who uses Blizzard services never get on their bad side because once you do, no matter how long you've been a loyal customer, you mean nothing to them. You're no longer economically viable as an option, so they remove you and ignore any further appeals.
If you think I'm alone in this, think again. Thousands of people have had terrible experiences with Blizzard Support, many of whom hadn't even done anything wrong or had their account compromised.
Blizzard is no longer the amazing company that once brought us Diablo II. It is now a greedy corporate entity who cares about you only insomuch as you pay up and don't do anything to make them notice you. Remember that next time you play one of their broken, shit games.
