Is usspareparts.com Safe?

On the 18th of November, I ordered $461 worth of computer parts from this Chinese supplier pretending to operate a US based company. The 4K LCD touch panel I ordered was missing two pins on the LVDS port and the glue came undone on the back cover I ordered. I asked to exchange the defective screen but the supplier assured me that they tested it before they sent it out. If they tested it how could they not notice two of the connection pins were defective? The back cover appeared to be a defective one from the factory. After exchanging emails back and forth with "Jenny", who used a free Hotmail account and kept insisting that nothing was wrong with the delivered product as it was "thoroughly tested", I resorted to contacting PayPal for a refund. I ended up having to return the entire package at my own expense, $80 USD. I ended the entire $461 refunded on the 27th of December. Dealing with this company was a horrible and frustrating experience. I am also rating this site as a potential scam site as I later noticed that they have an internal optical drives listed for a laptop models that do not support them such as the Levovo Y50-70.
