Is valusoft.com Safe?

The only experience I have had with this site is getting a game from them through Amazon. I got an error when trying to play the game so I E-mailed them ( the only way to get tech support from them ) and two days later got an E-mail referring me to someone else. That's their level of support!

Much of their software does not work right out of the box. Software titles require you to fix bugs before installing and using. I have purchased many titles and only a coupld of them actually work. Most I had no choice but to uninstall and throw away. Their products are the worst quality available and some will do damage to your system. (Bugs). If only they could be like every other company out there and work out the bugs BEFORE placing their products on store shelves. And there's no way to contact the company directly other than US Postal Service. Oh and be careful of their bug fixes! They don't always fix. Sometimes they feed the bug and make it worse. i bought/tried hunting games, the trucking games, John Deere games, and tycoon games. If you still choose to buy, I wish you luck and I hope you get a title that actually works.
