Is vapenw.com Safe?

There are numerous bad reviews of this business, please avoid and order from a trusted vendor! Many people have received empty packaging, damaged product with components missing - not to mention the awful customer service! I never received an order confirmation (the only help I got from customer service was "check your spam folder" - duh) and a few weeks later I finally get my package...The post office shipping box was perfect/not damaged, but the product box inside was crushed and missing the product (!!!). I complain and am told to file a complaint with the post office - these complaints can only be filed by the seller! They won't send the product I paid for, they won't refund the purchase and they insist it was the post office's fault. Avoid these scammers!
