Is vapes.com Safe?

Ordered a couple concentrate pens and paid for 2 day shipping (cause there are no faster shipping options) on Sunday, cause I needed them for a trip. I was expecting them to arrive Tuesday, at the latest Weds, and on Tuesday when I looked, the order status was still "Confirmed" and not even "Processing" so I shot an email over to them asking what was going on with my order. They responded, said they couldn't tell me what was going on with my order and had no guesses as to when I would receive it. When I demanded an answer about what was happening with my order and why it was taking so long to start processing my order, they canceled my order and refunded me without me asking them to. Just canceled my order right out from under me when I bought these as gifts! In this e-commerce world, this company needs to figure out a better order processing system and act faster. I ordered from another retailer and got them the next day, no issues, so I had them in time AND at a better price. Don't buy from this retailer, they will screw you over and cancel the order on THEIR terms when a customer expresses dissatisfaction. Unprofessional and ridiculous. Probably some dude selling these out of his garage.
