Is vasthurengan.com Safe?

Re Astrology Predictions that is offered on that site: It took 11 days to get the first report and that also required few reminders by email. The second report with just 2 questions answered came also after 11 days after 5-6 emails as reminders and 3-4 phone calls. I made further request to clarify the answers providing more data but have never received any answer on that despite 4-5 reminder emails sent during period of 3 weeks and few phone calls (he would say that he will send reply but it never happened). My recommendation is to find another Jyotishi who is more reliable.
