I booked a flight to Chiang Mai, Thailand through vayama.com. It was a disaster. They sent me through a Chinese airport that required me to have a visa to change planes. The Chinese were not amused with a US citizen showing up without a visa. Things came close to going very, very wrong. I was calm and explained multiple times that vayama.com booked my flight and never told me I would need a visa. After several People's Liberation Army soldiers had a long conference while frowning at me, I was given a 24-hour visa. Vayama.com, this was totally unacceptable. DO NOT book a flight on this site. My trip wasn't just unpleasant, it was frightening.

I booked a ticket but never got copy emailed to me and never gave me any details about that ticket even though they got my money there customer service representatives are very rude and not polite they even make fun of you many questions no outcome no help no respect at all , booking through this site is a real nightmare

the worse customer service representitives as if you are in the fish market cancelled my flights and never got my money back

After repeated attempts to contact them to change my flight with no response I ultimately missed my flight and had to buy a new ticket.
