This site is trustworthy. I have no idea how it got a bad rating. I visit it all the time.

I've never encountered any problems as a result of going to this site. To be frank, I'm beginning to question the value of WOT as it seems to issue negative scores to sites with no explanation and only positive comments to support it. Where do these negative assessments come from?

vCita is a service delivery monetizer. As such, a vendor purchases vCita's intellectual property and configures a means of presenting a customer with an offer.
Holding vCita responsible for the service vendor is like making the dentist responsible for the value of the currency. We use vCita to present the consumer with a easy safe way to purchase our products online. We feel that children should not purchase domestic services and that is why we rate vCita not suitable for children.

This site has proven to be very valuable as a direct communication tool for my clients. We work with children and would not use any site that is questionable. It is time to change the rating for Vcita to a green and approved rating!

I can understand the system is a kind of pop up window. That people dont wait to see when look down the first page of a website or maybe is used ona wrong way to sell things instead to bring people in contact but the website of vcita for me had no problems is good and friendly. And an awesome plugin for wordpress users.

Vcita offers an excellent service, and a caring attitude towards its clients.
I've been with their service for about 8 months, and they are constantly improving.
Their deliverability is excellent.
I hope their rating goes way up!

I've been using VCita on my site for a little over a year and haven't had any problems. Most of the reviews I read are positive so not sure why this has a "yellow" rating.

There is nothing wrong or unsafe about the website, the company or the services offered. In fact, vcita provides a valuable tool for webmasters and online marketers.
Edited in July 10, 2013: Judging by the "thumbs down" votes in comments that present hard evidence of this domain trustability it seems that this company is being targeted by some kind of organized difamation campaign.

Yes, 39 security companies say that vcita.com is safe. Only WOT is currently blocking it!
Also, the origin of this issue was the fact that a Wordpress website has been hacked and the criminals used vCita to create a phishing page within that website. Please check it out here: *****
It is completely absurd to red flag the plugin owner for the bad behaviour of a website which uses it!

Every Client I deal with find this application very useful. It is a outstanding time saver. I have this app on all of my websites. It keeps my schedule in sync across seven different websites. All I have to say is I am a VCita User and always will be.

my wordpress clients all love the vcita scheduler and have gotten great value from it. i have no idea why WOT would give vcita a bad rating. for a free service, their customer service is very thorough and attentive.
