werben mit Rücksenderecht- aber sind sehr unkulant- kam nicht dazu die Schuhe rechtzeitig anzuprobieren und fragte wg Rücksendung an und wurde auch noch zurechtgewiesen, dass man dafür Zeit zu haben hat...

Rang vibram-fivefingers.de about my broken shoes. They told me that the #Vibram will not replace the 125 Euro broken shoes, regardless of defect, like torn stitching and rubber defects breaking the sole. Told him I would not recommend these shoes anymore based on what is in my opinion very product quality and poor customer service #PoorCustomerService, and would let all my sporting contacts know on Facebook/Twitter. He then warned me to not write anything or he will contact a lawyer, and that these things can escalate and I would have to retract and probably have to pay. YEAH DUDE, nice customer service follow up! Waiting for your Lawyer to call...
