Is vinfotech.com Safe?

Vinfotech started a social media development project for my company, took our payments but did not deliver. I am owed tens of thousands of USD for a project that ultimately was not delivered. They have not responded to multiple requests to have a meeting about the project and have failed to deliver a single bug-free release. This company is clearly a scam designed to steal money from offshore clients. They show no respect for the contracts that they sign, have limited / very poor technical capability and seem most interested in getting the cash as soon as possible and then not delivering. When issues were raised under the contract around quality, they disappeared, taking my source code with them and bankrupting my business. They should be avoided at all cost. Reviewer Akshayj is the CEO - he should not be awarding his own company a review. Demonstrates how untrustworthy they are.
