The site is very easy to use. I've purchased tickets here half a dozen times for a variety of events (a few concerts, a few games) and always had a great experience. There are a lot of tickets to choose from for every event I've gone to, so I could pick my own seats and price point.

Website and checkout process is confusing and not consistent with the majority of online stores. that is because they want to hid the HUGE per ticket service charge. I have not received the tickets yet, but I want everyone to double check the price before hitting submit. I was in a hurry and it was already too late for me. "All sales are final"
