Is vnpt.com.vn Safe?

VNPT is a major telecom provider in Vietnam that offers good coverage. However, the internet speed doesn’t always meet advertised levels, and customer service can be slow to address issues. I had a 100GB package and noticed that after I used around 80% of it the speed is becoming slower… it is impossible to use 100% of your data package due to the speed manipulation they do, although they say that the speed is not changed… A more reliable service would make it a stronger contender.
