Another "Email Marketing" firm that managers to evade the Can-Spam Act of 2003. "vresp.com is a domain that sends permission-based emails". Site itself has very little content, just enough to look legal and initially fool recipients that they can actually unsubscribe (They aren't and you can't).

I had a handful of spams come reach me through vresp.com. I reported them to ***** and they seemed to take action: I haven't had a spam through them in over 5 years. I would rate them even higher if their WHOIS information was not private. Really, there is no need for that. See also the scorecard for *****

Sent me the Kindle Direct Publishing Newsletter as though it came from Amazon dot com. Had the actual text and everything, but all the links went back to their website and the email itself doesn't come from Amazon. Either Amazon has decided it can't send its own email, or these people are stealing Amazon content and spamming people with it.

This site uses opt-in delivery of emails that I have signed up for. I asked for the communications, so it is not spam.
