I have shopped from webvitamins.com for years and have NEVER had a bad experience. They carry some excellent product lines, their prices and shipping are quite reasonable, they run sales which are helpful, and I have never had to use their customer service because I have never had any problems with an order. Not once.
I simply can't imagine why they would receive low ratings in any category. You can opt in or out for emails from them. If you are getting emails you don't want, there is a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of every email.
***** doesn't send out spam emails, I have never had a piece of malware invade my computer either from their website or their emails, and I have never had a problem with privacy or with exposure of my purchasing information via their website.
I shop here with confidence.

I've been doing business with Web Vitamins for several years, or more. They are my #1 go to site for my vitamins. I'm shocked that Web Vitamins site has a red WoT score. Seriously considering disabling WoT because of this!

I am not aware of any issues with webvitamins and spam, and I've had no problems with ordering.

I've always had great service from WebVitamins. I am local so I sometimes pick up directly from the warehouse - it saves on shipping and they are really friendly there.
