Is welovefine.com Safe?

When I emailed customer service with a few questions I got attitude from their rep Sharon and I felt like I'd irritated her for asking a question. I posted a complaint to their facebook wall, and they appeared concerned until they decided that my complaint was not important enough to them, and they deleted it. It's the seventh day of their shipping deadline and my product has not shipped; I called their customer service three times today and yesterday, and have discovered two things: both the lines on their website lead to the same phone, and no one ever picks up. I left a message and so far, no one has called me back. UPDATE: I finally was contacted by customer service over the phone and their rep Sharon apologized for the experience that I've had and resolved any issues. She went through extra effort to make sure everything would come out square. Although I'm still not happy about my original experience, I do understand and greatly appreciate what she's done to fix everything, and I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
