My recent log of problems: 6:51 AM ***** - Still the tremendous delays BEFORE images start to load, prolonged pauses during loading of images. Reloads required to display all images on a page. 8:03 AM ***** - Unable to connect to wildblue.net for checking email. 2:39 PM ***** - Satellite link down. Cloudy. No rain. 9:52 AM ***** - Average download speed 1.7 KILObytes/sec. Dial-up anyone? 2:41 PM ***** - Its the weekend. MAX download speed all day, 61kbps. Average 13.4. Normal is about 400. LONG pauses with no incoming data at all. Sunny outside. 10:56 AM ***** - Even worse than yesterday. 5:41 PM ***** - Its the weekend. Can't even load a full web page. Giving up. Again. 8:40 AM ***** - Its the weekend. Large file download, average 300 BYTES per second. I can talk faster. Giving up. Again. 10:11 AM ***** - Super slow again today, even though it is not the weekend. Unable to send 8.3mb attachment to email (timed out).

Wildblue/EXEDE now has a 10gb download limit as the lowest tier for new customers. However loyal longtime customers remain at the 7.5gb. limit. They refuse to upgrade it to match the current offering.

Don't let "WILD BLUE" fool you into thinking they're a high speed internet provider!! I have never been late on my payment to them, regardless of how PAINFULLY SLOW the connection is, yet they RESTRICT MY USAGE if I happen to be able to download something!! And furthermore, they have EL STINKO customer service!!! DON"T BUY INTO WILDBLUE!!! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!
