Is willyoupressthebutton.com Safe?

A small fun site where you are posed a question. The question being a dilemma. You either press a button, and by doing so, you gain some sort of positive benefit as well as a "negative" one, or you don't press the button. Some questions are sexual, and I have found one that used a racial slur but these are few and far between.

I used to go on this site to goof off, and it was fun for a while; it gives you scenarios like "you get a Pokemon but you lose your left leg" and you push the button if you would make the deal, then you find out what percentage of people pushed the button. But after a while my anti-virus (Kaspersky) started blocking the website because it felt it was dangerous. I trust Kaspersky, there for I no longer trust this site. I never actually got a virus from this site because I never went there after Kaspersky blocked it, even though I could click on the message it gave me and continue, so I can't say if the site it still unsafe. But I do know this: as fun as it is, it's not fun enough to risk getting a virus.

It's a simple site, it give you a scenario with a good and bad side, made by users of the site, and you choose if you'd take it or not, and it keeps track of how many people did or didn't take it. Some of the questions it poses are sexual or gross, so you probably don't want your kids playing around on it. But otherwise it seems fine.
