The original author's site of ***** is the official distribution point. However, this site is well constructed and certainly no threat. Further, it is duly authorized by the author (I assume).

WinRAR is an excellent program for extracting files such as .zip or .rar and can compress files. No spyware or adware i've been using it for over 2 years.
