Is wix.com Safe?

I remember their annoying advertisement in the net, like building website without coding is possible. But it was back in the day... and yeah I actually tried them, as I needed to create a site-visit card for my small affair. Indeed, even without coding one is able to build a good website, as the number of templates and other customization instruments here is beyond the clouds. Plus pricing is favorable and doesn't hit your pockets, at least, I have a small business and even I managed to find pennies to pau for the services.

Those guys refused to take down a URL redirecting to a Phishing site created by Russian scammers. Someone named Anatoli thinks he is clever enough to ignore the abuse of Wix platform. So I do not recommend dealing with this business. The 1st rule of any legit business is not to be hosted where the scammers do. Support is really stupid. I mean, almost Indian. But in Russian. Unprofessional and incompetent. They are not able to read plain text and understand it. I ask to block their own URL which redirects to a fraud site, they answer the email was not sent from their service. They are a joke. Don't use this service for anything serious.

This site is a good site that is used to create websites, despite reviews saying that it is spam. The sites that people report are probably user-created sites; however, those are located at *.wixsite.com. It is legal, legit, not spam or phishing, and (in response to the previous comment) has a location in WHOIS.
