Решил получить персональный аттестат (для этого надо заплатить - я выбрал Центр Аттестации в России №1) - оказалось это мошенники. Позвонив мне, я пытаюсь ответить на вызов, происходит отключение звонившего звонка. Спустя 1 минуту, перезваниваю им. Задаю вопрос им: "Вы мне звонили". Получаю ответ от них: "Нет". На этом я понял что связался с мошенниками.

Impossible to spend the funds. I never receive the SMS to unlock the funds. Support was no help.

This website and it's addons exploits you're browser and the rooting certification is not recongize by the IP. The internet protocol is when a websites is identifiable by it's certificates. It's addons is written mostly in Russian and since when, do you download an addon sepratly from it's root certificate?
