Is workbootsusa.com Safe?

I placed an order for pair of wolverine 8inch gold work boot for ***** They took my money and sent me Norton shopping guarantee. It's useless i placed order wednesday Feb 21st. Im in Pittsburgh pa, they say they are in Irvine,ca. So come Thurs morn my order was available for them to pack and ship Thursday because it was placed so early in morn. Needless to say its been seven days now and nobody answers their telephone in customer service and they only responded to my 11 emails after i told them i was filing theft charges. They then sent me email with tracking number 6 days later. I looked and the product never moved so i contacted ups and was informed i only received tracking number because all work boots usa did was print out a shipping label. They never gave ups any items to pick up or ship. So basically they took my money and never shipped anything to me. When i told them to cancel my order. This company is horrible ,read the total of 9 reviews on ***** every single one is completely horrible. They only have 9 reviews and every one is completely horrible and the truth. They will not cancel your order no matter how many times you tell them to cancel and refund your money. The boots i buy are about $189 to $197, so when work boots usa was selling them for ***** and free shipping i tried their company. BIG MISTAKE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL ONLY WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL DID THEY RESPOND. AND THE OTHER TIME THEY RESPONDED IS WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS FILING THEFT CHARGES. AND AGAIN STILL NO BOOTS . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY THEY LOOK REAL AND MAYBE THEY ARE BUT WEEKS TO SEND BOOTS THATS UNACCEPTABLE ITS BEEN WEEKS AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN LEFT WAREHOUSE
