Downloads malware onto your computer and themes don't work

for some reason norton keeps blockin' me from downlaoding from this site stating that blocking me from attacks i use always download from this site all the times but now this site trying to its best to attack me,i wonder what happen to this site?

Great site. Huge variety of themes, icons and wallpapers. However, as downloadable files are uploaded by third party users, virus scan the files before using them.
