They accidentally billed me twice one month. Apparently my child that I was sponsoring left the area and they set me up with another child. This happened about the same time that I was regularly billed. I called them and they immediately researched it and found the error. They refunded me the money, took me off automatic payments (per my request) and set me up with a child that I picked to replace the one that left. I have since signed up for automatic payments. I also received a letter and a drawing from my currently sponsored child. I totally trust them. They also do not promote religion like most other child sponsorship charities. That makes it better for the child in my opinion.
