Very good site for monitoring your credit rating, a lot more upto date than Equifax.

Spam with no way to unsubscribe. I attempted to sign up for a free trial but because I had one a few years back I wasn't allowed to have another. Fair enough,. I thought. However, the details I entered are now being used to send me unwanted e-mail communications on a repeated basis. There is no unsubscribe link in the messages and no way for me to log in and change my 'preferences'. I am now forced to black-hole all e-mails from this site.

This is a genuine site from Experian, the credit reference agency. I have had excellent service on line and on the phone. 100% trusted site.

rang up to cancel and rep said to do a loan check and save possible available credit as its free before cancelling so I did and they passed info on to a dodgy loan company automatically with out my consent!

Do not trust this site .after you have entered your personal details and credit card ,its not possible to cancel, and impossible to get your money back!.

The site does not contain a certificate for the login section. Only for the homepage domain. The site also takes payment from your account without any clear indication. It's taken me 6 months to notice the direct debit. Disgusting.

Have been using them for over 4 years and if anything they have improved the service greatly. Would reccomend to anyone interested in keeping on top[ of their finances.
