Is www.find-me-a-gift.co.uk Safe?

Had to waste my time removing the link that this company, or the SEO company they hired, spammed on my site. "Hi, I hope you can help me. You may be aware that, over the past 12 months, Google have been getting tough on websites with large volumes of commercial links in their backlink profiles. We think this impression might apply to our own site (http://www.find-me-a-gift.co.uk/ ) and so we are looking to get a number of back links to our site removed, including links from xxxxx It is no reflection on your site but we feel that the search engines may view the volume of links to our site from directories as being unnatural. Therefore we would much appreciate it if you could remove the links pointing to Find Me A Gift from the pages listed at the bottom of this email. If there are any other links that we’re not aware of please could we have these removed too? We are due to submit a link disavow list to Google in mid-February and so in advance of this I am keen to get as many links removed as possible. If you could let me know when our links have been removed I will make a note to ensure I exclude your site from the list.
