sehr schlechte erfahrung mit fti-drive, bloss fie finger weg. es wird nur vermittelt und bei problemen oder fragen steht man alleine da.

Man bekommt nicht das, wofür bezahlt wurde(per Vorauskasse). Im Urlaubsort steht man dann alleine und ohne Hilfe da. Ich hatte für ein Auto incl. Vollkasko und ohne Selbstbeteidigung bezahlt. Der Vertrag von Avis schloss jede Versicherung aus. FTI- nie wieder.........................

ich kann vor dieser firma nur warnen. ich hatte ein fahrzeug für eine woche in udon thani incl. vollkasko ohne selbstbehalt über fti-drive gebucht und im voraus bezahlt. bei übergabe verweigerte der verleiher avis trotz vertrag die vollkasko. da es ohne diese versicherung gefährlich ist in thailand zu fahren, habe ich das auto sofort zurück gegeben. fti verweigert jede rückzahlung, trotz des vertragsbruches.170 euro für ein kompl. unversichertes auto für einen tag.

2x mit FTI verreist, zweimal schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Service schlecht, Hilfestellungen bei Anfragen schlecht.
