Ordered some furniture which was of low quality. Successfully got the people to collect it. However, despite promises over several months that I would recieve a refund, it never arrived and they eventually stopped replying to emails.
I returned some goods and canceled the remainder of the order. The support ticket related to this was always very polite and acknowledged that a refund was due but 7 months later, no refund has been made, the ticket has been closed and any further comments on the ticket (which automatically re-opens the ticket) are no longer being responded to - the ticket just gets re-closed.
